Job description

  • Build, configure, instal, commission and service systems and equipment at various attractions
  • Workshop-based servicing and repairs of photographic equipment
  • Support photography users, both clients and colleagues through various communication channels
  • Undertake tasks assigned by senior team members
  • Additional requirements as may reasonably be expected

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to become an essential part of our team during this exciting period of growth., As an IT Technical Field Support & Service Engineer, you will be expected to undertake work tasks allocated by senior members of the Technical Team. The role includes building, configuring, installing, commissioning and service of systems and equipment, ensuring detailed reporting and feedback is provided. You'll need a methodical approach, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that we're providing the highest standard of customer service. Your workload will be varied between both hardware & software configuration, as well as workshop-based build, servicing and repairs.

The role involves regular travel to various sites across the UK, as well as some international travel, therefore an adaptable approach to travelling and working hours is essential. Additionally, the role involves a large amount of customer support, so excellent customer service skills are also a must. You'll need a flexible approach to work, and the drive to innovate within our technical framework in order to succeed in this position.

Knowledge of general IT systems and processes is essential. Knowledge of photography is useful but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided., * Strong IT skills
