Senior Consultant IT Operations Management

Analyze and evaluate existing IT infrastructure and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

• Independently manage and deliver ITOM projects and sub-projects.

• Design future ITOM solution architectures aligned with client requirements.

• Support project implementation as a functional and/or technical ServiceNow consultant.

• Lead client workshops, training sessions, presentations, and stakeholder meetings in both German and English.

• Coach and mentor project team members throughout project delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to adapt solutions to evolving business needs.

• Support pre-sales and business development activities.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Operations Management, infrastructure, or related consulting roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience with IT infrastructure and application management.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure administration and monitoring.

• Solid understanding of IT service organizations.

• Experience with ITIL, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.

• Experience with CMDB and CSDM is desirable.

• Knowledge of monitoring solutions and ITOM concepts and processes is an advantage.

• JavaScript knowledge is considered a plus.

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is desirable.

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and very good written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
