IT Field Technician

• Install and support servers, desktops, printers, scanners, and network devices onsite
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex service incidents
• Work directly with end users to ensure systems are operating efficiently
• Configure managed services and assist with onboarding new users
• Document work notes and manage service tickets in a PSA system
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (must be available to respond within 30 minutes during rotation)
• Lift and move equipment (20+ lbs) and work under desks as needed

• 3+ years of experience in a managed service or IT support environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking concepts
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Associate or technical degree preferred (not required)
• Progress toward CompTIA or Microsoft certifications is a plus
• Ability to travel regionally as needed
