About the company

We’re partnered with a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider that’s recognised for delivering first-class cloud, infrastructure, and cyber security solutions to a diverse client base. Due to continued expansion, they’re now looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to join their technical team based in Aylesford.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an MSP where you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies while working alongside experienced Infrastructure and Cyber Security specialists. You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple client environments, resolving technical escalations, and contributing to infrastructure improvements that make a real difference.

Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in cyber security initiatives, Microsoft 365 projects, cloud technologies, infrastructure upgrades, and technical improvement projects, allowing you to continually expand your technical skillset. The business actively encourages engineers to learn new technologies and provides clear progression into more senior technical positions.
