German-Speaking Technical Support

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Málaga, Spain. In this on-site position, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to our German-speaking clients, ensuring that they receive effective and timely solutions to their technical issues. • Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone, via email, or chat, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate solutions.
• Offer step-by-step guidance for users facing challenges with products or services, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and technical processes to ensure expert-level support.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, tracking issues and solutions for future reference.
• Identify and report recurring technical issues or trends to the product development team to contribute to system improvements.
• Monitor ticketing systems to ensure timely response times and effective case resolution.
• Provide proactive advice and guidance to customers on how to optimize their product use, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new product features, services, and industry trends.
• Help maintain a positive, customer-focused environment by always delivering excellent support.

• Fluency in German (C2), both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers.
• English proficiency (B2) to collaborate with international teams and document cases.
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of hardware/software products or IT systems and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in a rotating shift schedule.
• Comfortable working on-site in Málaga.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
