Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team at 11/11 Media. This role combines content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing campaigns, creating high-quality visual content, and managing social media platforms for multiple clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who can both design and execute., * Develop and execute social media campaigns for multiple clients

• Design graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) for social media
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager preferred)
• Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interaction
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with team on branding, creative direction, and marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with social media trends and industry insights

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign REQUIRED)
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of running social media ads (Meta Ads preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, * Social media management: 3 years (Required)
• Graphic design: 3 years (Required)
