Job description

  • 2nd Level Support im Bereich Break&Fix (Hard- & Software)
  • Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, iOS und Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F Tickets
  • Support von Endanwendern in der TechBar
  • Bearbeiten von Tickets mit hohem SLA

Requirements

  • Ausbildung bzw. Studium im IT-Umfeld und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Break&Fix (kein Rollout)
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und iOS
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im direkten Support mit Endanwender
  • Erfahrung mit Windows Active Directory und in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Englischkenntnisse B1 Niveau
  • Führerschein Klasse B
