Computer Networks System Programming Connectivity Problems Software Troubleshooting Information Technology

Assist with the service and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, audio systems, cabling, and control systems (Crestron).
Troubleshoot AV system issues such as equipment malfunctions and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance on AV and IT equipment, including cabling, mechanical components, microphones and displays.
Collaborate with team members to implement audio systems, laptops, and personal computers setups for client needs.

Previous experience working in the AV industry or supporting audiovisual is preferred but not required.
Previous experience with Microsoft aplications, hardware and IT systems is required.
Familiarity with low voltage wiring is advantageous.
Knowledge of computer networking concepts and troubleshooting software or hardware issues is essential.
Hands-on experience with AV system installation, cabling techniques, mechanical knowledge, and control system programming is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to operate video conferencing systems and audiovisual control systems confidently.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving technical issues efficiently.
