Job description
As an IT manager on the Customer Data team within the Customer Relationship Management IT organization, you’ll manage a agile team responsible for the delivery and support of Flagr, a feature switching management system. You’ll deliver technology solutions that improve customer experience through feature switching, A/B testing, AI-enabled capabilities, and other innovative tools. You’ll support the growth and success of a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals, including software developers, testers, analysts, and agile delivery owners. In close partnership with business partners, you’ll coordinate the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of new and existing applications while shaping the future direction of customer data capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred skills
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with peer managers, business partners, and enterprise partners
- Experience managing technical teams that deliver across multiple products, platforms, or business-aligned application portfolios
- Proven talent development skills, including coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing, inclusive teams
- Experience helping teams leverage AI and LEAN practices to improve the flow of value delivery and operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity, foster accountability and engagement, and support professional growth across a diverse team
