Mobility Support Technician

• Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
• Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
• Help through major rollout for the enterprise
• Travel between local sites within the region
• Customer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, training
• Development of End User Reference Documentation
• Configuring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile Devices
• Computer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop

• Must have experience with mobile devices product support- smartphones and tablets
• MDM experience/knowledge
• Confident ability to work independently, as the resolution point for any mobility issues that arise.
• Polished and patient customer service approach. Professionalism is extremely important in this culture.
• Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Technical support experience with mobile devices - both in-person and phone support a must
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - some local travel will be required. You do not need to bring your car to the Philadelphia location.
