Troubleshoot Linux production environments and customer issues

Analyze logs, traces, and packet captures to identify root causes

Apply production fixes, upgrades, and patches
-
Create Methods of Procedure (MOPs)

Collaborate with customer engineering and internal development teams

Participate in scheduled maintenance windows
Requirements
-
5+ years of Linux systems administration or production support experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)
-
Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
-
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
-
Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, or Linux log analysis
-
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Preferred
-
SIP/VoIP experience
-
VMware vSphere
-
Bash/Shell scripting
-
Docker, AWS, or Kubernetes
