Requirements

  • Technische Erfahrung im Onsite/Remotesupport von Endanwendern
  • Betreuen von Windows Workstations / Laptops mit Software: MS Office, weitere kundenspezifische Software und Produktionsumgebung, sowie Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad, usw.)
  • Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 7, Windows 10) sowie im Bereich von lokalen Applikationen (u.a. MS Office 2010, 2016 und Office 365)
  • Detailkenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs) und deren Peripherie
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Onsite-Support für die IT-Servicepoints/ Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, aber auch Linux, OSX
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets, sowie der individuellen Projektaufträge
  • Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
  • Fachliches Eskalationsmanagement, hierbei unterstützt durch den Auftraggeber
  • Unterstützung weiterer Bechtle-Standorte (Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretungen)
