Job description

  • In der Regel planbare Urlaubsvertretungen, aber auch kurzfristige Krankheitsvertretungen in bis zu 5 Kunden Teams im Rhein-Main Gebiet
  • Abbau, Umzug und Aufbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen vor Ort
  • Bearbeitung, Analyse von IT-Störungen und Anfragen Remote und vor Ort
  • Einweisung der Anwender bzgl. der Nutzung der Soft- und Hardware
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Ticketsystem, Tickethandling, Ticketdokumentieren und Pflegen unter Beachtung der SLA´s
  • Aufsetzen und Personalisieren von Clients, Manuelle Installation von Software
  • Detaillierte Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge
  • Onsite und Remote Supportleistungen für Windows Endgeräte

Requirements

  • Windows Betriebssystem Know-How
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen MS Windows & Office sowie in Ticketsystemen
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
