Job description

  • Durchführen von Betriebsaufgaben bei Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, iPhones, Multimedia und mobilen Handscannern
  • Analyse und Beseitigen von Störungen
  • Durchführen von Hardware-, Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportaufgaben anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix-Tickets
  • Durchführen von Installationen am Arbeitsplatz sowie IT-Umzüge und Abbauten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld, z.B. als IT-Fachinformatiker oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Client Betriebssystemen, wie Windows 10
  • Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Windows Workstations und Laptops mit kundenspezifischer Software
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, wie WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
