Requirements

  • Technische Erfahrung im Remotesupport von Endanwendern, gerne auch Berufseinsteiger.
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Windows Workstations / Laptops mit Software: MS Office, sowie Mobile Devices (IPhone, IPad, usw.)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 10), von lokalen Applikationen (u.a. MS Office 2010, 2016 und Office 365) sowie von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs) und deren Peripherie
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Remote-Support für die Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, aber auch Linux, OSX
  • Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets, sowie der individuellen Projektaufträge
  • Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
  • Einhalten der gesetzlichen und internen Bestimmungen, Vorschriften und Regelungen des Auftraggebers
  • Fachliches Eskalationsmanagement
