Job description

  • Du bist die primäre Kontaktperson für sämtliche Supportanfragen via Ticketsystem, E-Mail oder Telefon
  • Identifizierung und Behebung von Fehlern in Hardware und Software
  • Desktop- und Identitätsmanagement (Benutzer- & Rechteverwaltung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen IT-Abteilungen Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder Umschulung im IT-Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im 1st & 2nd Level IT-Support Kenntnisse im Bereich der Benutzer- & Rechteverwaltung mittels Active Directory und Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischsprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gutes Gefühl für schnelle und effektive Priorisierung von Kundenanfragen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
