Remote Network Technician

A growing IT infrastructure team is seeking a Remote Network Technician for a 10-14 week contract supporting a large-scale Cisco Meraki MX95 refresh deployment project. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-to-mid-level network professionals with experience supporting remote installations, IP networking, and ServiceNow-driven environments.

This fully remote position offers competitive pay up to $29/hour and requires availability for afterhours deployment support in an enterprise networking environment., * Coordinate with field engineers, carriers, and vendors during network installation activities

• Support remote circuit installations and assist with basic troubleshooting tasks
• Monitor, track, and update installation tickets within ServiceNow
• Perform basic Cisco Meraki configuration, deployment, and validation activities
• Troubleshoot and support IP network connectivity issues
• Ensure accurate communication and timely updates throughout deployment activities
• Assist with remote network installation and support processes across multiple locations

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Basic understanding of Cisco Meraki technologies and networking concepts

• Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing systems
• Knowledge of IP networking and remote troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work overnight/afterhours shifts in a fast-paced deployment environment
• Previous experience supporting network installations or infrastructure deployments preferred
• Networking certifications are a plus (CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Meraki, etc.)
