Job description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Application Analyst III with expertise in Epic Willow Ambulatory to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications for a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic application support, healthcare workflows, system configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams., * Provide advanced support for Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic application functionality.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal impact to clinical operations.
  • Work closely with clinical departments to understand business requirements and recommend system improvements.
  • Participate in application upgrades, testing, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Epic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in change management and production support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (active certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of Epic application support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience supporting healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project leadership or application lead experience.
  • Healthcare implementation or optimization experience.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts.
  • Knowledge of Epic upgrades, enhancements, and workflow optimization.
