Job description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Application Analyst III with expertise in Epic Willow Ambulatory to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications for a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic application support, healthcare workflows, system configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams., * Provide advanced support for Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic application functionality.
- Analyze and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal impact to clinical operations.
- Work closely with clinical departments to understand business requirements and recommend system improvements.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional Epic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in change management and production support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (active certification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of Epic application support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of project leadership or application lead experience.
- Healthcare implementation or optimization experience.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts.
- Knowledge of Epic upgrades, enhancements, and workflow optimization.
