Job description

  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Benutzeranfragen sowie der Klassifizierung und der Weiterleitung an die Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Incidents
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Ticketeskalation an den 2nd Level Support
  • Pflege des Ticket-Systems und Erweiterung der Wissensdatenbank

Requirements

Sie sind ein kommunikativer Mensch und haben Spaß an der Interaktion mit Arbeitskollegen und Kunden?, * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung bspw. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Support von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Betriebssystemen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Begeisterung für IT und neue Technologien
