Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and transformations for clients, leveraging design thinking, agile methods, and integration with Oracle platforms. You’ll lead design workshops, gather and translate business requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. You’ll operate within Accenture’s Oracle practice to deliver scalable, robust payroll solutions that enable clients to achieve digital leadership. This is a partnership-driven role with opportunities to mentor teams and shape project outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables) * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with business stakeholders * Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation * Plan and organize tasks and report progress on track/deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience * Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger * Bonus points: Oracle HCM Payroll Certification Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
