Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and transformations for clients, blending functional expertise with technical configuration. You work with client teams and cross-functional groups to design, configure, and validate end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring seamless go-lives and strong alignment with business needs. You’ll create design and technical artifacts, lead design workshops, and guide testing and cutover activities. This role sits at the intersection of Oracle capabilities and Accenture’s digital transformation mission, offering impact at scale. You’ll collaborate with a large, diverse team to deliver robust payroll solutions that enable clients to become Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions * Gather and translate functional and technical requirements from client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables, etc.) * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate End-to-End Payroll Processing design workshops with business stakeholders * Support test planning and execution and perform cutover activities for go-live * Plan, organize and report progress on track deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience * Experience with Oracle Financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger * Bonus: Oracle HCM Payroll Certification * Experience managing a team and delivering projects (bonus) Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
