Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions to support clients’ digitization journeys. You work within Accenture’s Oracle practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust payroll configurations. You’ll lead workshops, drive design and testing activities, and guide go-live preparations, shaping payroll processes across organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, config tables) * Provide expertise and translate requirements into Oracle HCM system configurations * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate End-to-End Payroll Processing design workshops with business stakeholders * Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation * Plan and organize tasks and report progress on track/deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
