Design enterprise Amazon Connect solutions Architect IVR, routing, queues, call flows Integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, Lex, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRMs and APIs Design omnichannel solutions (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS) Create HLDs and LLDs Lead migrations from Genesys, Cisco, Avaya or NICE Work directly with Federal customers Required Skills Amazon Connect AWS Lambda Amazon Lex Amazon Kinesis DynamoDB CloudFormation/CDK
