Job description
We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our UK&I Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid social marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will play an important role in executing new campaigns and the wider strategy to grow the channel within our local structure for the UK & Ireland. You will report directly to the Paid Social & Programmatic Lead, while working closely with other stakeholders in the UK&I Media team and across the wider UK&I cluster, including Marketing, Brand, Creative, AdTech teams and more. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, self-motivated, ready to work hands-on across multiple accounts, actively manage and optimise campaigns, and collaborate with the team to improve digital marketing experience. You Will Be Responsible For
Executing and managing a wide range of Paid Social campaigns hands-on across multiple platforms (including Meta, Snapchat, X, TikTok, Reddit and similar), for all verticals (casino, live casino, sports betting) and multiple brands. Working closely with the team to analyse metrics from internal tools and platforms to track campaign performance and continuously optimise our accounts. Implementing new channel solutions and running regular A/B tests across our activity, aligned with the overall goals and KPIs. Building active collaboration with our key partners across external digital platform teams and tech vendors. Navigating complex tracking and attribution systems with the Media team and AdTech teams to maximise our measurement capabilities across the channel and expand our incrementality testing. Collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned across the funnel and utilise channel best practices. Activating CRM data within our platforms to execute highly targeted segmentation strategies as well as drive lookalike modelling. Staying ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging media opportunities. Working closely with the Central Marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency and best practice sharing across markets. Ensuring full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Paid Social or wider digital marketing role (client side or agency); gaming industry experience will be considered a plus. Hands-on experience working with some of the popular social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X, TikTok and/or Reddit). Basic knowledge of Paid Social best practices - from a technical perspective, through performance delivery, to creative guidelines and tools. Strong analytical mindset, confident in spotting opportunities for growth; professional experience in using analytics tools will be considered a plus (Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, Appsflyer or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Fluent English is essential for this role, both written and spoken.
