Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview As Practice Leader, Artificial Intelligence for our mid-market SAP group, you will define and drive a targeted AI strategy and portfolio. You will translate global AI assets into right-sized offerings and craft differentiated messaging for mid-market SAP clients. You’ll build reusable assets, lead cross-functional enablement, and shape the practice’s delivery model. You’ll collaborate with wider Accenture capabilities and lead a community of AI practitioners. This is a builder and thought-leader role with visible impact on client outcomes and market positioning. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators and delivery frameworks * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized, scalable offerings for mid-market clients * Refine the delivery model, talent requirements, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning and messaging for mid-market SAP, embedding AI themes into client conversations * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI into proposals and pursuits * Develop thought leadership content (POVs, case studies, client presentations) * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as liaison between the mid-market group and Accenture’s broader AI, data, and technology practices * Work with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP, AI integrations) and partners to access/adapt capabilities * Foster a growing AI practitioner community, define capability development pathways, and recruit upskill AI talent * Track AI tech trends, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning to stay current * Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on business needs Tasks * Minimum 10 years in enterprise technology consulting with substantial AI, data, or advanced analytics experience * Minimum 4 years in developing or scaling a consulting practice or service offering * Minimum 3 years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding of AI in core ERP processes * Minimum 2 years experience in a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan and bonus opportunities * paid holidays and paid time off
