Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview As Practice Leader, Artificial Intelligence, you will define and drive our AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You will build AI offerings, shape messaging, and collaborate with Accenture capabilities to tailor enterprise AI for mid-market clients. You’ll lead the development of assets, playbooks, and delivery models while elevating the practice through leadership, mentoring, and external representation. This role blends technology, go-to-market strategy, and client-facing consulting to deliver scalable, value-driven AI solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and maturity * Establish and refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets such as blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in mid-market SAP * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content and represent the practice at client briefings and industry events * Serve as liaison between mid-market group and broader AI/tech practices, leveraging enterprise investments * Work with centers of excellence and alliance teams to access relevant capabilities * Build and mentor a growing community of AI practitioners and define capability development pathways * Track AI technologies, SAP roadmap developments, and competitor positioning to stay current * Travel as needed (0-100%) * Advocate for mid-market-specific investments and tooling adaptations Tasks * Minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology consulting with AI, data, or analytics * Minimum of 4 years scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, matrixed enterprise with shared services and CoEs * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
