Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment, building tailored AI offerings and scalable delivery models. You will bridge enterprise technology, go-to-market strategy, and client-facing consulting to shape a differentiated AI practice. You’ll create reusable assets, drive messaging, and collaborate with broader teams to adapt AI tools for mid-market needs. This is a leadership role focused on building, evangelizing, and delivering impactful AI solutions for SAP customers. Compensation / Benefits * Define a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture AI assets into mid-market-ready offerings with appropriate scale and budgets * Establish and refine the practice delivery model, including talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning for mid-market SAP and embed AI themes into client conversations * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI in proposals and pursuits * Create thought leadership content and represent the practice at client briefings and industry events * Serve as liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI/data/technology practices * Partner with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP) and partners to access relevant capabilities * Mentor and grow an AI practitioner community, define capability development paths, and recruit upskill, retain AI talent * Monitor AI tech trends, SAP AI roadmap, and competitive positioning to stay current * Travel as needed by business requirements Tasks * Minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology consulting with substantial AI/data/advanced analytics experience * At least 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or service offering * Minimum 3 years in SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding of AI in ERP (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement) * Minimum 2 years in a matrixed, large-enterprise environment with shared services/CoEs/alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and paid time off
