Experteer Overview In this role you define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You will build a differentiated AI practice, shaping offerings and messaging while collaborating with broader Accenture capabilities to adapt enterprise AI for mid-market clients. You lead the development of reusable assets, playbooks, and ROI models, and you help teams win and deliver. You’ll engage with clients, partners, and internal centers of excellence to stay current and competitive. This is a leadership role at the intersection of technology, go-to-market strategy, and client-facing consulting. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and budget * Refine the delivery model with talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, and demo environments * Craft differentiated AI messaging for mid-market SAP and embed themes into client conversations * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to drive proposals and pursuits * Develop thought leadership content and represent the practice at events and forums * Serve as liaison between mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Leverage Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and partners to access relevant capabilities * Mentor AI practitioners and define capability development pathways * Track emerging AI tech and SAP roadmap developments to stay current * Travel as needed (0-100%) Tasks * 10+ years of enterprise technology consulting with substantial AI, data, or analytics experience * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * 3+ years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and AI integration with ERP processes * 2+ years experience in a large enterprise with matrixed/shared services/CoEs and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into client-ready business value propositions * Strong executive presence and communication skills (C-suite capable) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
