Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You will build and shape AI offerings, translate broader AI assets into mid-market-ready solutions, and lead a cross-functional, client-facing practice. You will craft differentiated messaging, develop reusable assets, and collaborate with Accenture capabilities to balance enterprise-grade tools with mid-market needs. This is a builder and thought-leader role focused on delivering tangible AI value for SAP clients at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators and delivery playbooks * Translate broad AI assets into right-sized, mid-market offerings (scale, budget, maturity) * Define the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets: solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, implementation playbooks * Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for AI in the mid-market SAP space * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI topics in client engagements * Develop thought leadership content and represent the practice at events and SAP ecosystem forums * Liaise with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices and leverage Centers of Excellence and alliance teams * Advocate for mid-market investments and tooling adaptations within the Accenture ecosystem * Build and mentor AI practitioners, define capability development, and track AI tech trends Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * 3+ years SAP ecosystem experience (S/4HANA, BTP or equivalent) and understanding of AI in ERP * 2+ years navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
