Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee scheduling, coordination, and performance of electrical and other subcontractors to keep the master schedule on track. You will lead safety, QA/QC, and progress reporting across traveling project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion. You will partner with project management teams to review scopes, manage inspections, and maintain as-built documentation. This position offers wide geographic travel and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects. Compensation / Benefits * Permit document administration and control * Review and understand subcontractor scope of work * Coordinate safety meetings and project safety oversight * Control project access and traffic * Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental * Schedule and record project testing and certificates (concrete and soil) * Coordinate daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE for QA/QC and reporting * Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedule and update master schedule with PCM * Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal * Coordinate and schedule project inspections * Oversee final inspection and close-out documentation * Quality control of installed materials and equipment * Site layout and benchmarks control Tasks * Bachelor in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 10+ years experience) * Minimum 5 years overseeing electrical scope on new build ground-up projects * Data center project experience preferred * Strong scheduling, planning, organization, and document control * Excellent communication and organizational skills * OSHA safety standards knowledge * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Scheduling Programs, and Document management tools * Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) * Willingness to travel across the US Key requirements * Competitive pay (100k-140k+ annual) * 401(k) with company match & ESPP * Flexible spending account * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Disability and life insurance
