Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you will lead scheduling, management, and coordination of electrical subcontractors to meet the project Master Schedule and ensure quality. You work within a cross-functional team to translate plans and codes into safe, on-time construction progress. The role offers frequent US travel to support diverse infrastructure projects and emphasizes safety, mentorship, and rigorous QA/QC. You will shape site execution and drive project success in a large, diversified company ecosystem. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers and field staff * Manage permit documents and subcontractor scope reviews * Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety * Control access, traffic, tool/equipment inventory and rentals * Schedule and record project testing (concrete/soil) and certificates * Coordinate daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE and track subcontractor performance * Produce 3-week look-ahead schedules and update master schedule * Maintain As-Built drawings and support final submittals * Coordinate project inspections and close-out documentation * Ensure QA/QC and site layout/benchmarks are maintained * Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore) * Support final inspections and project close-out Tasks * Minimum 6 years as an electrical Superintendent (or 10+ years without a degree) * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred * Strong project scheduling, planning, organization and document control * Excellent communication and coordination with subcontractors and inspectors * OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/documents software * Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) * Projects >$20 million experience (preferred) * Willingness to travel 100% across the US * Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Key requirements * competitive salary * 401(k) with company match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * medical/dental/vision insurance * paid time off and holidays * disability and life insurance
