Electrical Superintendent - Data Center

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead electrical scope and overall site coordination on ground-up projects, traveling across the US to drive on-schedule delivery. You’ll manage subcontractors, safety, QA/QC, and documentation to align with the project master schedule. You’ll partner with PMs and field teams to ensure quality and progress on complex infrastructure and data-center projects. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused opportunity in a large, safety-conscious organization. Compensation / Benefits * Permit document administration and control * Review subcontractor scope of work * Coordinate safety meetings and project safety * Control project access and traffic * Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental * Schedule and maintain records of testing (concrete/soil) * Coordinate daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE on subcontractor performance, QA/QC and reporting * Complete 3-week look-ahead schedule and update master schedule with PCM * Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore) * Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal * Coordinate and schedule project inspections * Final inspection and close-out documentation * Quality control of installed materials and equipment * Site layout and control of benchmarks Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 3+ years as a construction Superintendent * 5+ years overseeing electrical scope on ground-up construction * Experience with data center projects preferred * OSHA certification * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/document control software Key requirements * Compensation $100k-$140k+ per year * 401(k) with company match & ESPP * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Paid Time Off and holidays * Disability and life insurance * Employee Assistance Program
