Sr Electrical Superintendent - Data Center

Experteer Overview You will lead electrical field teams to ensure quality and progress against the project Master Schedule. As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you mentor crews and coordinate subcontractors while enforcing plans, specs, and code requirements. The role blends hands-on site leadership with scheduling, safety, and QA/QC to deliver complex infrastructure projects. You work cross-functionally with PMs and field staff to keep projects on track across multiple locations. This is a travel-heavy opportunity with a strong safety culture and growth within a large, established construction organization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers, and field staff * Administer and control permit documentation * Review subcontractor scopes of work * Coordinate and lead safety meetings; own project safety * Control project access and site traffic * Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination, and rental * Schedule and record all testing/certificates (concrete, soil) * Coordinate daily progress with PM, PCM, and PFE; monitor subcontractor performance and QA/QC reporting * Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedule; maintain master schedule with PCM * Produce daily Procore log reports * Maintain as-built drawings for final submittal * Coordinate project inspections and close-out documentation * Ensure quality control of materials and equipment * Oversee site layout and benchmark control Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree * Minimum 6 years’ experience as an electrical superintendent * Strong scheduling, planning, organization, and document control skills * Superior communication and organization, especially with subcontractors and inspectors * OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling programs and document control * 10+ years as an electrical superintendent (advantage), MS Project or Primavera (P6), projects >$20M, bilingual (English/Spanish), willingness to travel Key requirements * Competitive compensation * 401(k) with company match and ESPP * Flexible spending accounts (healthcare & dependent care) * Medical, Dental, Vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Disability, life, and accidental death insurance
