Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead electrical field operations across multiple projects while traveling nationwide. You’ll manage subcontractors, trades, and crews to meet the master schedule, uphold safety, and ensure quality. You work closely with project teams to interpret plans, specs, and codes, driving on-time project progress. You will mentor others, coordinate testing and inspections, and contribute to the successful close-out of complex infrastructure projects. This opportunity offers travel-centric leadership within a large, established contractor network. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers, and field staff * Manage permit documentation and subcontractor scope reviews * Coordinate safety meetings and project safety overall * Control access, traffic, and site logistics including tool/equipment inventory * Schedule and record project testing and certificates (concrete, soil) * Coordinate daily progress with PM, PCM, and PFE; monitor subcontractor performance and QA/QC * Prepare 3-week look-ahead and update master schedule with PCM * Maintain daily logs in Procore * Maintain As-Built drawings for submittals * Coordinate inspections and ensure proper close-out documentation * Ensure quality control of materials and equipment; manage site layout and benchmarks Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred) * Minimum 6 years’ experience as electrical Superintendent (or 10+ years without degree) * Strong project scheduling, planning, organization and document control skills * Superior communication and organizational abilities for managing subcontractors and inspectors * OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards * Experience with scheduling tools and document management; MS Office Suite; scheduling programs * 10+ years as electrical Superintendent (preferred) * Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) * Projects greater than $20 million (preferred) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred) * Willingness to travel across the US Key requirements * 401(k) with company match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Paid Time Off and holidays * Disability and life insurance * Flexible spending account
