Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape Accenture’s AI approach for mid-market SAP clients, building and guiding a differentiated AI practice. You will translate broad AI capabilities into practical, right-sized offerings and drive go-to-market, delivery, and thought leadership. You’ll lead a community of AI practitioners, collaborate with global centers and partners, and influence strategy and investments. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client impact, with a clear opportunity to scale AI in the mid-market SAP space. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale, budget, and maturity * Establish and refine the practice’s delivery model, including talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets like solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations * Develop thought leadership content (points of view, case studies, client presentations) * Represent the practice externally at client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as the liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (including SAP BTP) and technology partners to access relevant capabilities * Build and mentor a community of AI practitioners; define capability development pathways * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP AI roadmap developments to stay current * Travel as required (0-100%) * Advocate for mid-market investments and tooling adaptations within the Accenture ecosystem Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with significant AI, data, or advanced analytics * 4+ years of experience building or scaling a consulting practice * 3+ years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) * 2+ years navigating matrixed, large-enterprise organizations with CoEs and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
