Experteer Overview As a Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You’ll lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, translating requirements into secure, maintainable architectures and deployments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, contribute to documentation and visuals, and mentor junior staff. This role offers impact across client ecosystems, driving transformation through modern cloud-based CRM and data integrations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project team * Design, develop, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment to client goals * Communicate design choices to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to documentation and visuals * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * 6+ years in consulting or industry roles with at least 4 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions including Dataverse security model * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services across multiple projects * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform with CoE toolkit deployment in production * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
