Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You’ll lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, shaping solution architecture, integrations, and data migrations to meet client goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and delivery teams, communicating design decisions and contributing to documentation and materials. This role offers a chance to mentor peers and coordinate cross-workstream delivery in a dynamic environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Lead a technical workstream across a multidisciplinary project team * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical designs * Contribute to solution documentation, process flows, and presentations * Mentor junior team members and help coordinate delivery across workstreams Tasks * 6+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles * At least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing enterprise solution architectures including Dataverse security models * Experience with data migrations and integrations (Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, Azure integration services) across multiple projects * 2+ years of modern DevOps experience (Git, CI/CD pipelines) * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform with CoE toolkit in production * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * accommodations for people with disabilities
