Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients modernize network security through cloud-delivered zero trust architectures, focusing on designing, deploying, and optimizing Zscaler capabilities across complex environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture and enable secure transformation across on-premises and cloud ecosystems. This position combines hands-on engineering with strategic advisory to drive enterprise security modernization. You will contribute to transformative projects that simplify security in digital transformation journeys. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage ZIA and ZPA across client environments * Support ZTNA transformations by replacing legacy VPNs and modernizing access controls * Configure and optimize Zscaler security features (policy admin, SSL/TLS inspection, ATP, DLP, cloud-based traffic inspection) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connectors across on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Develop technical deliverables, solution designs, and client-facing recommendations aligned to security and network transformation Tasks * BA/BS degree in a technical field * ZDTE certification * 5+ years in network security engineering * 5+ years hands-on ZIA/ZPA design, deployment, and management in enterprise-scale environments * 1+ years Zscaler Branch Connector deployment and SD-WAN replacement experience * 1+ years Zscaler Cloud Connector deployment in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) * 3+ years configuring advanced Zscaler security features (CBI, ATP, IPS, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection design and troubleshooting in ZIA * 1+ years experience with Zscaler AI-powered capabilities and ZDX * 3+ years managing Zscaler security policies and RBAC in Admin Portal * Experience integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSOAR) * Experience with Zscaler APIs and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Experience designing Zscaler architectures for cloud-native deployments in AWS/GCP/Azure * Familiarity with identity providers for SAML/SCIM (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Preferred advanced cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CCIE Security, CCNP Security, GIAC) Key requirements *
