Cyber Zscaler Network Security Engineer / Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients modernize network security with cloud-delivered zero trust architectures. You will design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler capabilities across complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture and user experiences. You will tackle zero trust transformations, cloud integrations, and policy-driven security to enable secure transformation across on-premises and cloud ecosystems. This opportunity lets you shape enterprise security strategy while working with leading cloud and security technologies. You will engage with clients proactively to deliver measurable security outcomes and resilient architectures. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) across enterprise environments * Support zero trust network access transformations, replacing legacy VPNs and modernizing access controls * Configure and optimize Zscaler security features (policy admin, SSL/TLS inspection, ATP, DLP, cloud traffic inspection) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connectors across on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Develop technical deliverables, solution designs, and client-facing recommendations aligned to security and transformation goals Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * ZDTE certification * 5+ years of network security engineering experience * 5+ years hands-on with ZIA (web filtering, DNS security, cloud firewall, bandwidth controls, ATP policies) * 5+ years hands-on with ZPA (application segment config, access policies, connectors, ZTNA) * 1+ years with Zscaler Branch Connector and Zscaler Cloud Connector * 3+ years configuring advanced Zscaler security features (CSE, IPS, CBI, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection design and troubleshooting in ZIA * 1+ years Zscaler AI capabilities (ZDX, AI-driven policy) * 3+ years managing Zscaler policies and RBAC in Admin Portal * Experience with identity integrations for SAML/SCIM (Okta, Azure AD) * 3+ years deploying ZPA connectors in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) * Experience integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, XSOAR) * Experience with Zscaler API/automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Travel up to 50% Key requirements *
