MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you help design scalable, fit-for-purpose D365 F&O solutions for clients, leading a Deloitte team through the full implementation lifecycle. You work closely with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to translate needs into actionable platform designs. You’ll guide delivery, collaborate across experts, and support pre-sales to win new engagements. You’ll stay current on D365 features and coordinate with nearshore and offshore centers to maximize impact. This is an opportunity to shape ERP implementations at scale within a leading consulting practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 platform solutions for clients * Translate business requirements into effective D365 designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery team through implementation * Collaborate with internal and external experts * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain current expertise on Dynamics 365 features * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or equivalent * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs/SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
