MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations offering, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design scalable, fit-for-purpose D365 F&O solutions. You’ll translate client requirements into practical architectures, guiding the delivery and collaborating with cross-functional experts. Your role includes supporting pre-sales and maintaining deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform while coordinating nearshore and offshore delivery. This position blends leadership, client engagement, and hands-on solution design to drive finance and operations transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte team to design and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Translate business requirements into workable D365 F&O designs with functional and technical consultants * Provide delivery leadership through all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain up-to-date expertise on Dynamics 365 features * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experienced in leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
