MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Deloitte’s D365 F&O practice to design scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP solutions for clients. You will work with CFOs, CIOs and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable implementations and provide end-to-end delivery oversight. You’ll mentor a team of professionals and collaborate across Deloitte’s delivery network, driving technology-enabled finance and supply-chain transformations. The opportunity centers on shaping impactful ERP projects with a global, client-focused team. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte team to design and deliver D365-based solutions for clients * Engage clients to elicit business requirements and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design aligned solutions * Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 platform * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for disabilities * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * mentorship and leadership growth * flexible work arrangements
