Oracle Cx Field Service Manager, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead an onshore functional team to deliver Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements for clients. You act as the primary client contact for requirements, personas, process flows, and backlog guidance, shaping solution designs and demos. You contribute to a global Sales & Service transformation effort blending strategy, technology, and creativity. You will drive quality, collaboration, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment, with a meaningful impact on customer success. Compensation / Benefits * Lead onshore functional team for Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements * Serve as primary client contact for requirements, clarifications, and demos * Develop personas and process flows; guide backlog grooming and solution designs * Articulate business value during sprint demos and feature demos * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives * Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment Tasks * 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, including at least 6 years in Oracle Field Service operations * 3+ years of experience leading multiple project teams * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Strong communication and relationship-building skills Key requirements *
