Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a onshore functional team to deliver Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations. You will be the Oracle Field Service subject-matter expert and main client contact for requirements, personas, process flows, backlog grooming, and solution demos. You’ll guide design decisions and ensure clear business communication during sprint reviews, driving successful cloud field service transformations. This position sits within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team that blends strategy, technology, and creativity to modernize customer experiences at scale.
