Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Sales & Service, you lead an onshore functional team to deliver Fusion Field Service Cloud projects, translating business needs into effective service designs. You act as the primary client contact, guide requirement gathering, persona and process flow creation, backlog grooming, and sprint demos. You combine Oracle Field Service expertise with strong leadership to drive multi-team initiatives and accountable delivery. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client impact, shaping large-scale field service transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead onshore functional team for Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements * Serve as primary client contact for requirements, clarifications, and design discussions * Build personas and process flows; guide backlog grooming and solution designs * Articulate business outcomes during sprint and feature demos * Provide clear guidance and leadership across projects/workstreams Tasks * 8+ years in a consulting or industry role with at least 6 years in Oracle Field Service operations (consulting) * 3+ years of leading multiple project teams * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and quality of work * Ability to guide others and meet deadlines Key requirements *
