Oracle Cx Field Service Manager, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you lead an onshore functional team to deliver Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements for Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. You act as the primary client liaison for requirements, design personas and process flows, and help shape backlog and sprint demos. You combine Oracle Field Service expertise with cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into actionable solutions. This position offers meaningful impact by advancing customer experiences through technology-enabled transformations.
