MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions, you design scalable D365 F&O solutions that fit client needs and are maintainable. You lead delivery teams, collaborate across functional and technical experts, and shape pre-sales and workshops. You stay current on Dynamics 365 capabilities while coordinating nearshore and offshore delivery. This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technology, driving transformation for CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders. You’ll influence client outcomes through practical, outcome-driven ERP implementations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a Deloitte delivery team to design and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions for clients * Translate client business requirements into actionable design with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery effort across the project lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts to enrich solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals * Maintain and expand expertise in Dynamics 365 features * Coordinate work with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or within industry * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirements documentation and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
