Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect services, guiding both onshore and offshore teams to build scalable contact center solutions. You will advise clients on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and identify new opportunities at existing accounts. The position sits within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice, contributing to customer transformation through technology, analytics, and creative delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape cloud-based contact center initiatives and accelerate client impact. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Amazon Connect services and delivery across global teams * Lead and grow multi-disciplinary teams; manage project scope and timelines * Advise clients on AWS best practices and architectural decisions * Ensure project quality and governance across engagements * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing clients * Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery and project management * Maintain strong client relationships and clear communications * Guide teams in SDLC practices and agile delivery processes Tasks * 8+ years of overall experience * 5+ years in enterprise architecture within IT/Software development services * 5+ years of project experience architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS * 4+ years leading multiple project teams concurrently * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Experience leading Amazon Connect and CCaaS solutions is a plus if available Key requirements *
