Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you design and oversee Amazon Connect services for Deloitte’s Sales & Service transformation, guiding onshore and offshore teams to deliver cloud-based contact center solutions. You’ll advise on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and spot opportunities within client accounts. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to shape customer experiences and drive growth through innovative digital solutions. This position combines strategy, technology, and delivery to solve complex customer problems. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversight of Amazon Connect services and delivery across onshore/offshore teams * Lead and build project teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure quality of deliverables * Advise clients on AWS best practices and cloud-based solution architectures * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing clients * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical delivery with business goals Tasks * 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience * 5+ years in enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions on AWS * 4+ years of leading multiple project teams concurrently * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
