Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will architect and oversee Amazon Connect implementations to transform client customer experiences. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, guide cloud best practices on AWS, and drive delivery quality while spotting new sales opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client delivery within Deloitte’s Sales & Service offering, contributing to global customer transformation. You will work with a diverse team to solve complex, high-impact problems and scale solutions for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Amazon Connect services architectures for client projects * Manage onshore and offshore development teams and project delivery * Provide guidance on AWS best practices and ensure project quality * Lead and mentor project teams, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize tasks * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing clients * Foster strong client relationships and clear communication across stakeholders Tasks * 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development services experience * 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience in cloud-based AWS solutions * 4+ years leading multiple project teams simultaneously * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/SCRUM) * Strong written and verbal communication skills Key requirements *
